Im not loosing weight….Frustrated!

Hi… I have be consistantly doing cardio and circut training for the last 3 weeks and no sign of weight loss. I am still at 149lbs. I have been eating better then usual too! I know that when you are doing weights you can gain muscle adding weight. I did, the first 2 weeks i gain 2 lbs and now i am down to 149lbs wich is where i started 3 weeks ago. I am only doing circut training 3 days a week for about 30 min a day. I am doing alot of stretching before and a cool down after. I am also doing kick boxing on Monday nights as well as swimming at least 2 nights a week and playing raquet ball once a week. Plus i have 4 kids and am always chasing after them and cleaning house! I am so frustraited and i need to see some results!

Day 1. I am starting the 7 day Sacred Heart diet.

Ok so today is day one. Fruits only and water or skim milk..as much of the soup as i can eat. I am hoping i can stick to this for 7 days but i know it will be hard. I need to loose the weight and this diet is suppose to help you loose 10-17 lbs so here it goes!

im sore in places i didn’t know about!

Hello fellow buddy slimmers! So i have been working my new job as a Fitness trainer at my local YMCA for the last week and a half. I have been doing weight/circut training and boy am i sore. I also did a cardio  kick boxing class last night that was fun but now i am sooo sore! As an employee of the Y i recieve a free family member ship so i have been working out 6 days a week. Doing weights cardio and then a little swimming to cool down. I have not seen a change in my weight but the fitness trainer who is training me said i might gain some pounds in muscle before i loose fat..I sure hope so!

Answer to my last post _ Fitness Question.

Ok so i Just got a new job at the YMCA here in Albany Oregon. I am training to be a fitness instructor working with mostly seniors weight training and aerobics class. I had a question about the list of most effective in loosing weight so here it is but first i want to thank all of you who commented on the question! THANK YOU!

 Nutrition, Weight Training, Intervals, Curcuit Training and Cardio.

That is most effective first to last. Yes, above all it is nutrition. Weight training helps change your metabolisim that is why it is most effective in the exercise catigory.

Ok so i have been learning aalot of new things about fitness in the last couple days.

My question is:

 There are differant ways to loose weight and i need to know them all in order

Nutrition is the first then what? I know cardio is in there and conditioning what else i need to know the correct list from top to bottom in a fitness instructors view.

first day of new job!!!

I am so excited! I just got hired at my local YMCA . I will be a fitness trainer. Working mostly with seniors. Anyway, i went in today for an hour and a half and was getting trained how to use the equiptment. So i got about a 45 minute workout. I got to work my abs, lats, biceps, chest, back obliques tricepts quads and you know pretty much everything. I am excited and hoping that this will help me burn calories and loose weight, I am focusing on my core cause that is where i need it most. Well i need to work on my nutrition to that is the hardest part for me!

Getting Going?!?

Well, My baby is now 4 weeks and i really want to start loosing weight and tightening up. I am about 154 right now and i want to be down to about 120.  I just don’t know what to do to get started. I know about walking and all the exercises i can do i just need more motivation i guess. I am at home with my 4 daughters all day and night. They are 9, 5, 3 and 4 weeks so i stay pretty buisy. What can i do to get motivate and stay motivated. What is a good diet i can do? I am nursing so it has to be healthy.

Post Partum

Hello everyone.. I am now back on here after delivering my baby. She is a little over 3 weeks now so i am hoping to start loosing some weight! I know that with this site i can do it and its nice to know that! Thank all of you who support me!

i’m back

Hey everyone, Yes i know it has benn like almost forever since i have been on here! I am working now and still keeping up with my exercise… i have been maintaining my weight but would like to kick it in to high gear and loose 15 more pounds by June 13th 2007…….. I plan to be on here as much as i can1 This site and all of you buddies have helped me so much and i know you will continue to give suport because you are all so awesome!!!

Well hello buddies.. i have not blogged in a while i have been so buisy with my business and kids… I have not weighed my self in over a week either.

And i have been sticking to my diet with a little giving in here and there but nothing too bad.

I will weigh myself this weekend. I still have 15 lbs to loose so i am hoping for 3 lbs weight loss a week untill i reach that goal!
