Im not loosing weight….Frustrated!
Hi… I have be consistantly doing cardio and circut training for the last 3 weeks and no sign of weight loss. I am still at 149lbs. I have been eating better then usual too! I know that when you are doing weights you can gain muscle adding weight. I did, the first 2 weeks i gain 2 lbs and now i am down to 149lbs wich is where i started 3 weeks ago. I am only doing circut training 3 days a week for about 30 min a day. I am doing alot of stretching before and a cool down after. I am also doing kick boxing on Monday nights as well as swimming at least 2 nights a week and playing raquet ball once a week. Plus i have 4 kids and am always chasing after them and cleaning house! I am so frustraited and i need to see some results!
